“New Family-Friendly Holiday Parks in Sunny Spain”

Date:

If you are already looking forward to basking in the sun during a summer vacation in 2026, Eurocamp is introducing two new holiday parks in a sunny region of Spain that are ideal for families.

Alannia Els Prats and Alannia Costa Dorada are situated along extensive sandy beaches in the sunny Costa Dorada area of Spain, known as the ‘Golden Coast’. These parks, located approximately 90 minutes south of Barcelona, offer direct beach access and a wide range of activities for families to enjoy. Whether you seek adventurous experiences or simply wish to unwind on the beach, these parks cater to all preferences.

Conveniently close to Reus Airport, both parks are easily accessible and are served by budget airlines like easyJet, Jet2, and Ryanair, providing numerous flight options from various UK locations during the summer season, allowing travelers to find affordable flights.

Alannia Els Prats features a pool complex with a lagoon-style pool, water slides, and a splash zone for young children. Additionally, there is a complimentary kids club for children aged 4-12 with a variety of engaging activities. Families can engage in padel, tennis, mini-golf, and adults can unwind in the spa equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.

Only a short 15-minute drive from PortAventura World, Spain’s largest theme park, Alannia Els Prats offers easy access to exciting attractions like Ferrariland and Caribe Aquatic Park. A train ride from nearby Tarragona to Barcelona for a day trip, lasting about an hour and 15 minutes, is also a viable option.

For a week’s stay, prices start from £531 for up to four guests during the May half-term period and from £1405.95 for the summer holidays.

Similarly, Alannia Costa Dorada boasts three pools, including a jacuzzi and splash zone for young children. The park’s spa area features a fitness center and jacuzzi, along with recreational facilities like a soft play area, badminton, and mini-golf. The free kids club caters to 5-12-year-olds, offering entertainment while parents relax.

Prices for a week’s stay at Alannia Costa Dorada start from £416.36 for up to six guests during the May half-term period and from £1261.12 for the summer holidays.

Both parks offer restaurants and bars with family-friendly dining options. Alannia Els Prats also features a snack bar with sea views for a picturesque sunset experience.

Evening entertainment at both parks includes activities suitable for all ages, such as live music, themed shows, and well-loved minidiscos where children can socialize and have fun.

Accommodations in two or three-bedroom holiday homes ensure privacy and comfort for families. Depending on the chosen accommodation, amenities like air conditioning, private decking areas, and BBQ facilities are available, creating a cozy home away from home. Many camps provide complimentary baby essentials like cots, high chairs, and bed rails for added convenience.
