Paramedics evaluated ten individuals, with two of them subsequently transported to the hospital in stable condition. Eyewitness Mohit Arora recounted the moment when the plane descended onto the road, colliding with a pickup truck. Fortunately, he narrowly avoided a collision with the aircraft’s propeller. The driver of the truck sustained injuries but survived the incident.
RCMP Cpl. Jennifer Cooper highlighted the complexity of the situation involving two cars and emphasized the unpredictability that hindered emergency maneuvers. Prince George Fire Rescue acknowledged responding to a serious incident involving a plane and vehicles. The Transportation Safety Board identified the aircraft involved as a Beech King Air 200 and dispatched a team to investigate the occurrence.
