“Baby Elephants’ Mealtime Dash Captures Hearts”

Date:

The workers at Sheldrick Wildlife Trust have captured heartwarming moments of baby elephants eagerly rushing for their meals in Kenya. These elephants, saved from perilous situations, are now under the loving care of dedicated keepers at the Trust. Just like human babies, the young elephants display excitement during feeding times.

Despite their tragic beginnings as orphaned elephants, they are thriving under the nurturing environment provided by the trust workers. In a recent Instagram video, the baby elephants can be seen sprinting towards the milk truck as it approaches. Among them, Toto and Natibu engage in a playful race to reach the feeding spot first, with Korbessa leading the pack.

Natibu takes a moment to greet the camera before joining Toto for their bottles, efficiently managed by Keeper Jonas. The post accompanying the video humorously describes the mealtime competition among the elephants, with Korbessa always taking the lead, while Mwinzi remains composed and arrives last.

Viewers resonated with the elephants’ enthusiastic mealtime dash, sharing comments about their own food-related habits. The adorable sight of baby elephants running for their meals garnered admiration and joy from the online audience, creating a sense of connection and delight.
