A mother of three described as “loving” has passed away following a Brazilian butt lift surgery. Alicia Stone, aged 40, was urgently taken to Fundación Valle del Lili Hospital in Colombia after being found unresponsive in her hotel room around 6:30 am local time on Thursday. Sadly, the New York Police Department detective was declared deceased an hour later.
Sources indicated that Stone’s cause of death was attributed to “unspecified cardiac arrest.” The procedure she underwent on October 16 involved liposuction and gluteal fat transfer, just a week prior to her sudden passing. Post-surgery, she had been on pain medication and anticoagulants and was recuperating at a hotel. Her husband, Michael Stone, plans to request an autopsy and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Alicia’s death.
Expressing his shock and grief, Michael revealed that the doctor in Colombia informed him of his wife’s demise without providing many details, leaving him perplexed. He emphasized the need for clarity on what transpired, emphasizing that Alicia appeared well before the surgery and had reassured family members about her health a day before the tragic incident.
