New Look has introduced its inaugural loyalty program offering exclusive discounts to members.
Club New Look is a complimentary membership with benefits such as weekly “Club Prices” on selected items, early access to sales and promotions, and participation in member-only contests.
Upon joining, members receive a 25% welcome discount. The retailer aims to provide a more personalized shopping experience for its 10 million existing customers.
Helen Connolly, the CEO of New Look, stated, “We are continuously seeking ways to acknowledge and incentivize our customers. Club New Look is our latest loyalty initiative, tailored to provide unique benefits that make our members feel valued, respected, and inspired.”
After a successful trial period that attracted 500,000 members, the company aims to reach 800,000 members by the end of the fiscal year. The national rollout aligns with the strategy to enhance the digital, personalized, and rewarding shopping experience.
In other retail developments, Anthropologie, a US fashion brand, plans to expand its presence in the UK with three new stores, adding to its flagship store on Regent Street in London.
Gap, a renowned American clothing brand, is making a return to the UK market with the opening of three standalone stores. Initially established in the UK in 1987, Gap closed its last store in September 2021 but is now set to open new locations in Covent Garden, Westfield London, and Wembley Park London Designer Outlet.
Moreover, Gap operates four shop-in-shop concepts within Next stores and has over 40 concessions in Next stores across England and Ireland.
