“Police Seek Help in Heanor Teen Assault Case”

Police in Heanor, Derbyshire, have issued a plea for public assistance following the serious sexual assault of two teenage girls at a park. The incident occurred at Lockton Avenue recreation ground on Halloween night between 9pm and 11pm, according to Derbyshire Police. The girls are currently receiving support from specialized officers and partner organizations.

The girls described the suspect as a white male, approximately 40 years old, 5ft 8ins tall, slim, with a short light ginger beard. He was reportedly wearing a green baseball cap and a green coat. Authorities are urging anyone present in the area during the incident or those who may recognize the suspect’s description to come forward.

Residents or businesses in the vicinity with CCTV or doorbell footage from that night are also encouraged to provide any potentially relevant information. Police mentioned that officers will be present in the area in the upcoming days to address any concerns from the community.
