Keating, now 44, confirmed that Andrew facilitated her attendance at a dinner in 2011, describing it as a significant social gathering. Photos captured Keating bidding farewell to Andrew at Epstein’s residence in New York, where the dinner took place. At the time of the email exchange, Keating was 29 years old and had recently moved to New York.
Keating stated that the event was attended by notable figures such as Barbara Walters, Charlie Rose, and Katie Couric, emphasizing the social nature of the gathering. There is no implication that Keating was involved in or aware of any illicit activities by Epstein or his associates.
Despite Andrew’s claims of cutting ties with Epstein, recent revelations showed ongoing communication between them, with Andrew expressing intentions to engage further. The origin of Andrew’s acquaintance with Keating remains uncertain, with suggestions linking her association with Ghislaine Maxwell, a mutual friend of Andrew and Epstein currently serving a prison sentence for sex trafficking.
