A tech billionaire named Bryan Johnson, aged 48, recently shared his excitement about life after experimenting with magic mushrooms in his quest to combat aging. Johnson, known for his involvement in the Netflix documentary “Don’t Die,” is dedicated to reversing the aging process and reportedly spends £1.6 million annually on his anti-aging endeavors. His routine, managed by 30 doctors, has allegedly rejuvenated various aspects of his body.
In his latest experiment, Johnson consumed a substantial dose of magic mushrooms, totaling five grammes, to investigate its potential effects on longevity. The experiment involved analyzing 240 biomarkers to assess the impact of the psychedelic substance on aging. During the experiment, Johnson’s colleague, Kate Tolo, took over his social media to provide real-time updates on his experience with the magic mushrooms.
According to Tolo’s reports, Johnson’s perception of time was distorted, and he experienced visual hallucinations, finding amusement in various aspects of his surroundings. Tolo also mentioned collecting a saliva sample and conducting various measurements, including a brain scan and blood pressure readings, while Johnson was in a euphoric state.
After returning to normalcy, Johnson expressed his gratitude for being alive and hinted at a transformative experience from the trip. He shared his reflections on death and the interconnectedness of consciousness with his followers, emphasizing a sense of unity despite acknowledging flaws.
