A British TikTok user, likened to a cheaper version of Andrew Tate, managed to evade legal consequences in Spain for a year following a car accident. Harrison Sullivan, 24, has now confessed to reckless driving and driving without insurance and is awaiting sentencing next month. Recent revelations suggest that Sullivan, known as “HSTikkyTokky,” is also accused of assaulting another man with a glass at a Spanish nightclub, potentially leading to an extended prison term if proven guilty.
Having previously admitted to being racist, misogynistic, and homophobic in an interview, Sullivan voluntarily turned himself in for the driving offenses at an English police station. The social media influencer is scheduled for sentencing at Staines Magistrates Court on November 14. Spanish authorities disclosed a new charge related to an altercation at a nightclub in Marbella in August, where Sullivan allegedly severely injured a man’s neck with a glass after a dispute. Following a thorough investigation of social media and police databases, Sullivan was identified as the suspect, with CCTV footage showing him driving a car in Marbella streets.
Sullivan was extradited on October 10 and appeared in a Spanish court wearing a grey jumper and trousers, only confirming his identity and birthdate. If convicted of the nightclub incident, the Brentwood native could face an extended prison term next month. Presently, his admission only pertains to dangerous driving and driving without insurance, more than a year after the Virginia Water crash involving a wrecked McLaren supercar.
Active on social media, Sullivan often shares photos posing with luxury cars and presents himself as a financial expert, offering guidance to followers on achieving their dreams, including owning a home in Bali. However, journalist Louis Theroux recently exposed Sullivan in a documentary on toxic masculinity, where Sullivan struggled to respond when accused of misogynistic behavior.
