Leavitt highlighted that Trump’s cardiovascular system was deemed to be in excellent condition, with all major organs appearing healthy and properly perfused, as stated by the physician.
The statement emphasized that comprehensive imaging was conducted as part of President Trump’s executive physical to evaluate cardiovascular and abdominal health, aiming at early issue detection, overall health confirmation, and long-term vitality preservation. The assessment confirmed normal cardiovascular imaging without any signs of arterial narrowing, heart abnormalities, or major vessel issues. The report mentioned that heart chambers were normal in size, vessel walls were smooth and healthy, and no inflammation or clotting was detected.
Additionally, the abdominal imaging revealed no concerns, with all major organs showing good health and functioning within normal parameters. Recent speculation about Trump’s health arose following images displaying what seemed to be bruising on his hand, with suggestions of makeup concealment and occasional ankle swelling.
In a separate incident, Trump faced criticism for intervening to commute the seven-year jail sentence of David Gentile, a convicted fraudster implicated in a billion-dollar scheme. Gentile had served only 12 days of his sentence before being released, having misled thousands of investors through fraudulent promises related to private equity funds. Gentile and his accomplice, Jeffry Schneider, were found guilty of securities and wire fraud charges in August 2024.
