The victim, believed to be around 30 years old, was abandoned near a fuel station by the occupants of a high-speed boat, according to eyewitnesses. Despite efforts by emergency services, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Conflicting reports suggest that the man may have been tossed into the sea near the fuel station before being retrieved and declared deceased. Law enforcement sources indicated no visible signs of physical assault on the victim. The National Police and Civil Guard responded to the scene, where the victim’s body was later transferred to Malaga’s Institute of Forensic Medicine for further examination.

In a separate event on October 3, a Swedish rapper known as Hamza Karimi was fatally shot in broad daylight in Puerto Banus. The rapper, also known as Hamko, succumbed to his injuries at Costa del Sol Hospital, with a suspect in custody following the shooting.
