“SAP Tops UK Workplace Rankings with £100K Salaries”

The latest rankings for the top workplaces in the UK for the year 2026 have been unveiled, showcasing positions that offer salaries reaching up to £100,000.

Glassdoor has disclosed the recipients of its 2026 Employees’ Choice Awards, which are determined by feedback from employees.

Securing the leading position is the software engineering company SAP, which compensates senior-level account executives with salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. SAP was commended for its flexible work hours, generous vacation time, cutting-edge technology, and emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Following closely in second place is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse talent pool, exceptional benefits package, and fostering a culture of flexible remote work. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries between £65,000 and £80,000.

Claiming the third spot is Google, which remunerates software engineers with salaries ranging from £70,000 to £100,000. Employees at Google lauded the company for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.

Owen Humphries, the president of Glassdoor, commented, “Even in the face of the uncertainties of 2025, these outstanding employers have exhibited resilience, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and trust while adapting to change.”
